LA Sky & The Stone City Revue

LaMorris Payne, AKA L. A. Sky, is an accomplished instrumentalist and vocalist who has toured the globe performing his music. The roots of his musical education started at Capital University in Bexley, OH under the tutelage of Director Ray Eubanks. In the 80’s and 90’s L. A. recorded professionally in Los Angeles under the labels of Warner Brothers Records and Motown. His career was highlighted by touring with world renowned artists such as Stevie Wonder, Teena Marie, Rick James, Chaka Kahn, and Smoky Robinson.

Now based in Columbus, OH, L. A. continues to perform the Rick James Show, keeping the funk legacy alive!
